电动执行器的工作原理：执行器由伺服电机、机械减速和位置发送器三部分组成。执行器接受伺服放大器或电动操作器的输出信号，控制伺服电机的正反转，经机械减速器后变成输出力矩去推动调节机构动作。与此同时，位置发送器将调节机构的角位移转换成相对应的4-20mADC信号，作为阀位指示，并反馈到前置磁放大器的输入端作为位置反馈信号以平衡输入信号。
Working principle of electric actuator: The actuator consists of three parts: servo motor, mechanical deceleration and position transmitter. The actuator accepts the output signal of the servo amplifier or the electric operator, controls the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor, and becomes the output torque after the mechanical reducer to push the adjustment mechanism. At the same time, the position transmitter converts the angular displacement of the adjustment mechanism into a corresponding 4-20mADC signal as a valve position indication, and feeds it back to the input end of the preamplifier as a position feedback signal to balance the input signal.
