电动执行器的工作原理：执行器由伺服电机、机械减速和位置发送器三部分组成。执行器接受伺服放大器或电动操作器的输出信号，控制伺服电机的正反转，经机械减速器后变成输出力矩去推动调节机构动作。与此同时，位置发送器将调节机构的角位移转换成相对应的4-20mADC信号，作为阀位指示，并反馈到前置磁放大器的输入端作为位置反馈信号以平衡输入信号。
