一般变送器的负载能力为600Ω，而模拟量输入模块的抗阻各不相同(一般在250Ω以下)。如果回路内设安全栏，必须注意抗阻的匹配；模拟量输出模块的负载能力为600Ω，一般执行器的负载能力为250Ω；如线路较长，也存在抗阻匹配问题。此外，要加强信号的隔离，特别是要加强与支流调速装置、变频调速装置及设备配套的小型PLC之间的信号隔离，防止相互干扰。
