描述
常规V/F控制,电机的电压降会随着电机速度的降低而相对增加,这就导致由于励磁不足而使电机不能获得足够的转矩(特别是在低频率时)。也就是说常规V/F控制变频器在低频率时无法满足电机额定转矩的输出。另外,在V/F控制中,用户根据负载情况预先设定一种u/f曲线,变频器在工作时就根据输出频率的变化,按照曲线特性调整其输出电压,也就是说V/F控制是使变频器按照事先安排好的补偿程度工作,不能随负载的变化而改变。但是在以节能为目的和对速度控制精度要求不高的场合V/F控制变频器以其优越的性价比而得到广泛的应用。
