描述
电动机的机座外壳是接地的,如果线圈绝缘受损与铁心或外壳相碰,从而形成绕组对地短路故障。造成绕组对地短路故障的原因较多,如绕组受潮、绝缘材料变质失去绝缘能力、导线漆皮破损、电动机因长期过载发热使线圈绝缘老化变脆、铁屑等异物进入电动机内部等,都会造成接地故障。有时发生较为轻微的间歇性接地,电动机还可以起动运行;若严重接地会使电动机无法起动。另外接地故障会使电动机外壳带电,会造成人身触电的危险。
