控制规模代表PLC控制能力，看其能对多少输入、输出点及对多少路模拟进行控制。控制规模与速度有关。因为规模大了，用户程序也长，执行指令的速度不快，势必延长PLC循环的时间，也必然会延长PLC对输入信号的响应。为了避免这个情况，PLC的工作速度就要快。所以，大型PLC的工作速度总是比小的要快。
