描述
电磁阀测试原理如图1所示。测试电阻串联在电磁阀回路中,通过测试电阻两端分压信号测量换算出阀门线圈电流值。采样电阻两端的电压信号通过隔离放大器转换成0-5伏之间的电压信号输入A/D板中转换为数字量。由于考虑到大电流下采样电阻分压过大问题,采样电阻均采用小于1欧姆的大功率高精度电阻,采用16位精度的A/D板目的就是保证低值测试电阻条件下足够的系统测试精度。
