描述
有冷却风机的装置，当风机异常时装置内温度将上升，因此采用风机热继电器或器件散热片温度传感器，检出异常后停止逆变器。在温度上升很小对运转无妨碍的场合，可以省略。
过载检出装置与逆变器保护共用，但考虑低速运转的过热时，在异步电动机内埋入温度检出器，或者利用装在逆变器内的电子热保护来检出过热。动作频繁时，可以考虑减轻电动机负载、增加电动机及逆变器容量等。
