描述
厂用电源控制纳入DCS后，由于不设独立于DCS的硬手操，而根据以往电厂施工经验，在倒送厂用电时，DCS一般尚未投运，此时压启／备变、／低压厂用电源操作无法实现，故要求DCS设备安装、调试及投运在工期上予以配合。在厂用电设备安装调试的同时，开展了DCS的安装调试，特别是与厂用电有关的子系统的调试，使其投运在倒送厂用电之前，以满足电气倒送厂用电、厂内各工艺系统的分部试运行的要求。
