传统接触器的合闸保持是靠合闸线圈通电产生电磁力来克服分闸弹簧来实现的,一旦电流变小使产生的电磁力不足以克服弹簧的反作用力,接触器就不能保持合闸状态,所以,传统交流接触器的合闸保持是必须靠线圈持续不断的通电来维持的,这个电流从数十到数千毫安。而永磁交流接触器合闸保持依靠的是永磁力,而不需要线圈通过电流产生电磁力来进行合闸保持,只有电子模块的0.8mA—1.5mA的工作电流,因而,能最大限度地节约电能,节电率高达99.8%以上。
